Most kitchens in Fresno will adjust a dish for common dietary needs like gluten-free or vegetarian if you ask when ordering. Hours vary widely: diners and fast-food chains often stay open late or around the clock, while bakeries and cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon. Catering and food delivery businesses in California usually require advance notice, from a day for a small order up to a week or more for a large event, so it is worth contacting them early.

Happy to have a vegan option! Falafel wrap is large and so are the individual falafels. They donβt have a green interior. The hummus is a bit salty. The fries are pretty good. I liked it overall!

I have order food from this location 2 days in a row though their online ordering process under door dash and both times at the last minute am I informed they cannot full my order! I will never order from here again. I only have a 30 minute meal break so being able to order ahead is crucial. If this location cannot handle online order they need to remove that option from their website.

I visited the recently opened Zaatar downtown location. If you have visited their first location in Champlain Dr, you know how great the quality and the service are. This location is no different. Albeit more on the casual side of things. I ordered the beef shawarma wrap and it took me no more than 5 minutes to devour it. The ingredients were so fresh, texture and flavor were all great too. Itβs like eating your favorite burger but much healthier. They are still in their soft opening phase so things going to develop even more. I really appreciated how the owners are right there side by side with all the employees working with them and training them. They were all so welcoming an open to feedback. This is a true testament to quality If you are in downtown Fresno. Donβt hesitate to check them out at the galleria civic center plaza
